We were very hesitant to list with a realtor and wanted to sell our home ourselves. A member of Lauren’s team reached out to us and offered to give us information and would be happy to help us through the process of selling our home. After meeting with Lauren and her team we were quickly put at ease feeling like we were old friends and we didn’t feel like “a client.” Lauren came prepared with an assessment of our home and comps in the area, asking us what our goals and future plans are. They didn’t pressure us to sign with their company and told us they were there to give us information which again put us at ease. 24 hours later we decided to list with them because of the connection they were able to make combined with her experience and preparedness. We felt like we found the perfect team and due to the pressure we received from the builder to sell our home within 30 days Lauren wanted to get the house ready to be shown immediately.
